Andrew Schulz, who cohosts the popular “Flagrant” podcast which Trump made an appearance on during the 2024 campaign, was reacting to the president’s meltdown over a reporter’s question on the “missing minute” in the hours-long Jeffrey Epstein jailhouse video released by the Department of Justice earlier this week.
“The cope on Trump’s innocent, the cope is pretty intense,” Gillis said. “Yeah, he did go to the island and he just hung out with the staff. The staff said that. Was the staff 12?” McCusker then said that “they were never going to release it,” referring to the files.
Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) reshared a post from Elon Musk that noted that no arrests have been made in the case. He then appeared to double-down on Musk’s June 5 claim that the reason files were not produced was because the president is in them.
