Investigators say the clinic was targeted and are treating the bombing as an intentional act of domestic terrorism.

the bureau believes it has identified the suspect connected to a bombing near a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, as 25-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus, and that he held "nihilistic" views.

Law enforcement sources told CBS that the Bartkus, the suspect, is a resident of Twentynine Palms, home to a large marine base about an hour away from Palm Springs.
