The banking major will pay an annual rent of Rs 24 crore, equivalent to a monthly rent of Rs 2 crore (Rs 49 per sq ft), according to documents accessed via Propstack.

HDFC Bank secured a large office space in Navi Mumbai. The bank leased an eight-storey building in Mindspace Airoli West. The lease is for ten years. The deal is worth over Rs 320 crore. This includes a 15% escalation every three years.
