We've heard talk of new Lenovo Legion Go handhelds for a few months, but until now we'd had nothing official—just the odd rumour or unofficial picture of what looked like a new white chassis. Now, however, we have what looks like official pictures of a new Legion Go S, and we can tell quite a lot from them.

The Legion Go S leak shows it will come in a white colorway with non-removable grips and triggers that resemble the first Asus ROG Ally. The current Legion Go model has removable controller grips, like the Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con controllers.

When Valve released the Steam Deck, PC manufacturers realized there could be a new market for small, handheld computers that are capable of running games.

In fact, Lenovo may be launching two gaming handhelds very soon. The successor to its popular Legion Go flagship, and a smaller, more affordable handheld we now know is called the Legion Go S (previously called the Legion Go Lite).

Found in an unlikely place, the Lenovo Legion Go S is the reportedly the company's next PC gaming handheld to take on the Steam Deck.

The official-looking render comes from Windows Central, showcasing a handheld that separates itself from the original Legion Go in at least one key way. There are no removable con
