NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Renowned singer Brenda Lee now has her name attached to the official holiday song for the state of Tennessee. Lee’s classic song, “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree,” became the Official Holiday Song of Tennessee in writing after she received a signed proclamation at the State Capitol on Monday morning.
