A Texas man is suing fast-food chain Whataburger to the tune of nearly $1 million for allegedly not holding the onions on his order, causing an allergic reaction.

Demery Ardell Wilson filed a petition against Whataburger in Texas’s 269th Judicial District Court of Harris County on April 25. According to multiple reports, he claims to have suffered an allergic reaction after the restaurant allegedly failed to give him a meal without onions as requested.

The man accuses Whataburger of failing “to act in accordance with the appropriate standard of care,” and which caused him to “suffer personal injuries.”
