YouTube TV subscribers still do not have access to ABC, ESPN and other Disney-owned channels, as well as related recorded content on their DVRs from Disney brands. As of Saturday, Disney and Google-owned YouTube TV continue to go back and forth in negotiations for a new carriage agreement after the previous one expired Oct. 30.

YouTube would like to restore ABC and ESPN while the two companies negotiate, saying, "We propose immediately restoring the Disney channels that our customers watch: ABC and the ESPN networks, while we continue to negotiate. Those are the channels that people want."

A contract dispute between Disney and YouTube TV has resulted in the removal of ESPN, ABC, FX and all other Disney-owned channels from the streaming service, with little indication that the standoff will be resolved soon.
