DepEd Assistant Secretary G.H. Ambat said the new curriculum will strengthen the ALS program and give out-of-school youth better learning opportunities outside the formal education system.

Earlier the DepEd reported that as of November 18, the ALS enrollment for School Year 2021-2022 is at 239,616. The number is 359,749, or 60 percent, lower than last year’s 599,365.
