The list of ingredients includes water, concentrated apple juice, and ascorbic acid (a.k.a., vitamin C), so you get a vitamin boost, but not enough to make a real difference.
Call me old fashioned, but I still think that apple juice should taste like, y'know, apples. Update: I think I actively drank 95 ounces of this bottle, just willing it to turn into apple juice.
