Kids were shown basic karate techniques like blocks, punches, elbows and kicks and how to be aware of their surroundings and avoid potential danger.

Cocoa Beach Karate, together with the Cocoa Beach Police Dept., once again provided an assault prevention and self defense seminar for kids at the Our Saviors summer camp last week.
