CSC recently completed construction on a $100 million global headquarters on a 17-acre campus in the Commons at Little Falls. Ward said CSC's new identity extends beyond a new name, logo and tagline.

CSC was founded in Delaware 118 years ago by two leading figures of the legal community to provide entity formation and statutory representation services to businesses.
