WILDWOOD CREST— Jeff Salasin, pastor of Crest Community Church, announced this week that he will step down after serving the church for more than 13 years.

Signal Crest United Methodist Church is hosting Broadway in the Crest at the church's Crest Center Thursday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m. The deadline to make reservations is Sunday, April 17.

The nonprofit connected to the Fellowship Hi-Crest, Sent, is opening a food pantry this month to provide a needed service to this community. The church’s future events can also be found here.

Now, Anderson says, the church is in prime position to celebrate its 85th anniversary when special services are held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 17, at the church, 531 S.E. 33rd Terrace.
