Paul Thomas Miller, 37, was standing on the side of Dali Boulevard near Bayshore Drive Southeast about 8 p.m. Wednesday when police say he was struck by the driver of a Chrysler minivan.

St. Petersburg police say they have arrested a man on a DUI charge after he struck and injured a pedestrian while driving at 60 mph near the Dali Museum on Wednesday night.

A man who was struck by an impaired driver going 60 mph near St. Petersburg’s Salvador Dalí Museum last week has died of his injuries, police said Tuesday.
