The Denver Broncos announced the launch of a new initiative distributing more than 15,000 new Riddell Axiom helmets at no cost to every high school in Colorado.

The Denver Broncos Foundation has updated guidance to Colorado school districts regarding its ambitious helmet donation initiative.

The Broncos and Riddell hosted a “caravan” Wednesday night at Empower Field at Mile High to showcase the helmets to parents, coaches, players and school administrators.

The Denver Broncos have had something on their helmets recently that has sent people to Google to ask what's up with that: the number 5280 is displayed prominently across the front of their helmets.

The Denver Broncos are giving more than 15,000 helmets to high school football programs in Colorado, a first-in-the-NFL initiative intended to improve the game and make it safer for prep athletes.

The Broncos announced the All In, All Covered campaign that will donate 15,516 new Riddell Axiom helmets to every program in the state across a four-year span. The donation is worth about $12 million.

The Denver Broncos are set to dazzle the home crowd with a brand-new uniform/helmet combination never seen before.

Back in April, the Denver Broncos unveiled a new collection of uniform designs. Dubbed the Mile High Collection , the Broncos included three new modern designs, as well as a '77 Throwback.

On Tuesday, the Broncos announced the All In, All Covered campaign that will donate 15,516 new Riddell Axiom helmets to every program in the state across a four-year span.
