Eagles injury update: 4 Eagles listed as DNP on Christmas
Four Eagles were listed as non-participants on the Eagles’ Christmas Day injury report. The Eagles did not actually hold a practice today so the report is an estimation. The same four players who missed Wednesday’s practice were listed as DNP on Thursday’s report:
The Philadelphia Eagles faced the Washington Commanders in Week 16 of the NFL season. Coming in, the Eagles held a 9-5 record and looked to better position themselves in the NFC playoff picture. Philadelphia didn't start the game the way it would have liked, facing a 10-7 deficit at the half.
Philadelphia didn't practice on Christmas Day, but Lane Johnson and A.J. Brown (tooth) would have been among the four non-participants
PHILADELPHIA — Prior to this season, Eagles tight end Cameron Latu’s NFL career was heading in the wrong direction. Consecutive meniscus tears, self-doubt and immaturity prevented him from reaching his potential. Now more confident and dedicated, Latu has turned it around with the Eagles, thriving as a quasi-fullback and core special teamer.
The Philadelphia Eagles won't have linebacker Nakobe Dean or NFL All-Pro offensive tackle Lane Johnson in Week 17 against Buffalo Bills. The post Eagles Get Double Dose of Bad Injury News Before Bills Game appeared first on Heavy Sports.
