A spokesperson at Maryland's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed to PEOPLE that Ray's death was reported on Sept. 3. Confirming Ray's death, Zeus Network — on which Ray had appeared for several shows — posted a tribute to the late online personality.

The cause of death of the self proclaimed "most famous boy in a wheelchair" and Zeus Network star is unknown at this time.
