James Shanklin, 35, was booked with armed robbery and other charges Saturday (Jan. 28) after authorities said he robbed a gas station and its patron with a BB gun.

The officers remained in their cars and followed James Shanklin as he walked into a nearby neighborhood. Tulsa Police say an officer approached Shanklin again, hemming him in with his patrol car.
