Jell-O makes a wide variety of desserts, including several boxed pudding mixes. We tried 15 of them to see which to pick up and which to pass over.

Mix pudding mix, half and half, coconut flavoring in blender. Pour in 2 quart saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring often until bubbly and thick about 15-18 minutes. Add coconut and stir.
