A restricted free agent this summer after playing out his rookie contract, the high-scoring forward agrees to stay with the Kings on a three-year deal.

The LA Kings have signed forward Alex Laferriere to a three-year contract extension worth an average annual value (AAV) of $4,100,000 through the 2027-28 season. Laferriere, 23, played in 77 games for the Kings last season,

The 23-year-old Laferriere had 19 goals and 23 assists last year for the Kings, emerging as a dependable scorer in only his second NHL season. He largely played on the right wing alongside Quinton Byfield and Kevin Fiala.
