CLEVELAND, Ohio -- At this time last year, Hispanic parents were edgy about safety at Lincoln-West High School, where Latino students account for about 60 percent of the enrollment.

The MetroHealth System opened its second school-based health center in partnership with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. The new clinic is at Lincoln West High School on West 30th Street.
