Nike’s lawsuit, filed in a California federal court Monday, accuses Drip Creationz of trademark infringement and dilution, as well as counterfeiting and other charges, The Fashion Law reports.

In the lawsuit, Nike alleges that Drip Creationz is selling counterfeit Nike products, most notably “knockoff Air Force 1-style shoes,” that infringe on its trademark and iconic Swoosh logo.

According to reports, Nike recently filed a lawsuit against Customs By Ilene, Inc., better known as Drip Creationz, alleging that the name of trademark infringement, dilution and counterfeiting.
