Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper. Cut into shapes using cookie cutters or a drinking glass. (Where can I find cookie cutters?) Bake at 350 F° on parchment lined baking sheets.

The base includes a built-in ruler for easy measurement, and the swing-out arm extends that measuring deck to 15 inches for extra-large cutting. The measuring arm comes with two safety stop locks.
