The boy was too young to have a license to drive the motorcycle. The boy was riding a red and black motorcycle at a high rate of speed around 11 p.m. on Kirkville Road, Pace said.

At 11 p.m. a red and black motorcycle collided with a red Honda SUV as the SUV was turning left onto Watertree Drive from Kirkville Road, said Lt. Jerry Pace, a spokesperson for the DeWitt police.
