O AKBORO, N.C. (WBTV) - Two people were arrested after Oakboro’s Fourth of July celebration was evacuated Friday night, according to Oakboro Fire and Rescue.

The Stanly County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of Johnnie Osborne. They said he was shot at his Norwood home off Old Cottonville Road on Oct. 21.
