Samara Spencer's leadership has been key for Lady Vols basketball in Kim Caldwell's first season, especially going into March Madness.

What a year for Kim Caldwell. The 36-year-old first-year Tennessee coach — who gave birth to her son in January and took off about a week before returning to the court — has the Lady Vols back in the Sweet 16 for the 37th time in program history and the third time in four years.
