Israeli forces carried out several new drone and artillery strikes in Lebanon on Tuesday, further shaking a tenuous ceasefire meant to end more than a year of fighting with Hezbollah.

Israel issued a warning at Lebanon that it will not long distinguish between Beirut and Hezbollah should the cease-fire between Jerusalem and the terrorist group collapse following an exchange of strikes.

The militant group said the volley, its first during the truce, was a warning shot in response to what it called repeated Israeli violations.
