Snow continues through tonight. Current data has a 1 to 4 inch snow area wide by tomorrow morning. Tomorrow will be blustery in some towns with a west wind at 10-20 mph. Lake effect snow showers will be in the area. Locally over 2 inches of additional snow where snow bands persist. Afternoon temperatures around 30 degrees.

Our *First Alert Weather Day* continues through this evening as wind chill values remain in the 5-15 degree range as gusts stay between 40 and 50 mph.

A Cold Weather Advisory is NOW in effect until 9 a.m. today for Butler, Clinton, Greene, Montgomery, Preble, and Warren counties in Ohio. It also includes Union and Wayne counties in Indiana. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued starting Friday at 11 a.

WVLT First Alert Weather Days continue through Saturday, with cold air and surfaces setting the stage for the next system to come in as all snow with spotty wintry mix Friday and snow to keep adding up into early Saturday.

Friday will start partly cloudy before becoming mostly cloudy by around lunch. After lunch we have another round of snow coming in. It’ll start first out west, then move out east. Arrival times look to be west of Roanoke by around 2 to 3 p.
