An armored vehicle belonging to the UN’s atomic watchdog was hit by a drone strike on its way to inspect a Ukrainian nuclear power plant on Tuesday, in an attack President Volodymyr Zelensky has blamed on Russia.

A drone hit and severely damaged an official vehicle of the International Atomic Energy Agency on the road to Ukraine's Russian-held Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant on Tuesday, the agency's head said.

On Dec. 10, a Russian drone struck and severely damaged an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) service vehicle on its way to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), President Volodymyr Zelensky reported.
