Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have sued the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power after losing their home in the Palisades Fire.
Pratt and Montag filed the lawsuit alongside over 20 other property owners and residents affected by the Palisades fire.

Pratt and Montag are also among over 20 homeowners from the Pacific Palisades who are suing the city of Los Angeles, along with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) claiming its water system failed and turned a bad wildfire into an absolute catastrophe.
