There are also a range of Discord avatar decorations that Nitro subs can use to spruce up their profile icon - think of these much like the frames you get on something such as your Steam profile icon.

Soon the shop will open up to all Discord users to purchase avatar decorations and profile effects. While they will lose exclusivity, Nitro members will get a discount on shop items.

Update – Dec. 7, 4:22pm PT: Discord has confirmed the feature would be live for all Nitro subscribers by the end of the day. After checking, the feature does indeed appear.
