Kite Realty is the latest buyer to seek a Publix-anchored shopping center, purchasing a West Palm Beach site for $68 million.

There are currently six Chick-fil-A restaurants in operation in Alachua County, all inside Gainesville city limits.

The flagship PONKO Chicken opened in Chamblee in 2017, and the brand has since expanded throughout the metro area in Midtown Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta and Duluth, as well as in Auburn, Alabama.
