A Cayuga County deputy is being remembered for his professionalism and his passion for making things after passing away last month.

Two towns in northern Cayuga County will soon have new halls. The towns of Brutus and Victory have outgrown their current offices, Supervisors James Hotaling and Michael Wiggins told The Citizen.
