This morning I went outside, and it was sunny and pretty. I just thought, "Bring on the sunshine!" After a few cloudy days, my goodness, the sunshine feels terrific!

The summer solstice, which arrives on June 20 this year, is the first official day of summer, and not only marks the start of the season, but also the day of the year with the most sunlight.
