ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Romeoville Village Board approved a special use for the final development plan for Earthmover Credit Union at its Wednesday meeting.

But friends and relatives in East Jerusalem on Thursday described a man with no political affiliations or particular grievances against his Jewish neighbors.
