NORWICH, Conn. (WFSB) - A worker died after a trench collapse on Friday afternoon. The collapse happened on Hamilton Court in Norwich. 61-year-old Michael Dirocco died. The job was permitted.

A man died in a trench collapse while working in Norwich the evening of June 13. A worker, identified as Michael Dirocco, 60, of Norwich, was found partially buried in the trench.
