A video of rapper and hype man Fatman Scoop discussing his battle with high blood sugar has resurfaced in the wake of his death from heart disease.

Fatman Scoop, the recording artist and popular hype-man died f rom heart disease, according to his autopsy, which was released Sept. 25 by Connecticut’s medical examiner.
