While the final cost of the Town of West Seneca's proposed new ice rink and recreational facility has not been determined, town officials estimate it will be around $40 million.

During a meeting with the mayor last week, the park's neighbors expressed concerns about having the rink on the ballfield.

The new 'Harmony Square' also features a near-replica of a historic tavern in the village, originally built in the 1850s.
