A new initiative across Virginia is working to make traffic stops less stressful for people on the autism spectrum.

Virginia State Police (VSP) announced the implementation of the state's "Blue Envelope Program," aimed at assisting drivers with autism during traffic stops.

It’s designed to provide tools for both first responders and those with disabilities in the event of a traffic stop or car accident.
