Renovations to a 130-year-old house that’s a rarity of being an off-campus site for an Eastern Illinois University fraternity will be shown off on Sunday.

The Democrat, who resides in Matteson in Cook County, traveled a bit farther south Thursday afternoon to speak at a town hall meeting in Eastern Illinois University's Phipps Auditorium.
