Voice actor Samantha Kelly discovered her 18-year tenure as Super Mario characters Princess Peach and Toad was over on the day that Mario Kart World was released — without her in it.

While Peach's voice actor Samatha Kelly returned in Princess Peach: Showtime! the following year, it seems she's now been replaced after 18 years. This also includes her role as Toad.

Princess Peach isn't the only role who's been recast, either. Yesterday, we reported that Donkey Kong's long-time voice actor was also missing in the game's credits.
