The NOTO Arts & Entertainment District, Topeka’s melting pot of small businesses, is welcoming a few new establishments.

Soldiers preparing for life outside of the military toured the Capital City today. The “Keep Tour” took 30 transitioning soldiers around Topeka, making stops at Washburn, a job fair, and Fiesta.
