Arrow McLaren elevated 2013 Indianapolis 500 winning driver Tony Kanaan to the role of Team Principal and Kevin Thimjon as President of the IndyCar team on February 25.

Arrow McLaren has revealed two front-office changes in preparation for the 2025 season. Former IndyCar driver Tony Kanaan will assume the team principal position, while Kevin Thimjon will join as president.

Tony Kanaan, the 2013 Indy 500 champion, will oversee Arrow McLaren's driver/team development and key commercial relationships as team principal while Kevin Thimjon will manage the team's business operations.
