Kanye West has revealed that he's been diagnosed with autism. This comes days after his controversial red carpet appearance at the Grammys with wife Bianca Censori. On an episode of the podcast 'The Download,

West said he was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder in the past and actually has autism—which is estimated to affect about 1 in 45 adults in the United States.

“Autism spectrum disorder is a neurological and developmental disorder that affects how people interact with others, communicate, learn, and behave,” according to the National Institute of Mental Health. Autism is not considered a mental health disorder and be diagnosed at any age.
