Sparks firefighters have the blaze under control, the email said. An occupant of the structure has been injured.

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Flames shot through the roof of a home in East Providence early Thursday morning. The fire department said firefighters were called to the home on Indian Road in Riverside at 5:11 a.m. Nobody was hurt, but the heat was a problem for firefighters. Crews took rotations.
