QUEZON CITY, (PIA) — The Parañaque City government officially launched its local Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) competition on February 5 at the Forum I Function Halls of Solaire Resort and Casino.

The suspension of hiring, promotions, and salary increases will be in effect from March 28 to May 11, 2025. This includes the creation of new positions and granting of additional privileges.
