Speakers at a hearing March 25 said elected officials aren’t doing enough to “sell” their budget proposal to the public.
The members of the city’s capital planning commission added four projects to this fiscal year’s “to do” list. The additions to the list still have to be approved by the Board of Aldermen & Alderwomen.
