The City of Grants Pass is making changes to find camping locations for its homeless population. This comes amidst a temporary restraining order against Grants Pass after city councilors voted to change the allowable time for its only resting site to 5 p.
Weeks after closing down the city’s largest resting site for homeless residents, city officials are considering three new designated resting sites in Grants Pass.

DRO filed a temporary restraining order in early February which said city cannot remove tents or campsites from city parks, or ticket, issue citations or arrest people for camping on city property.
In addition to Medford, Grants Pass and Bend, several other Oregon cities made their top 10 list: Klamath Falls (#5), Roseburg (#6) and Eugene/Springfield (#10). The smokiest city in Washington was Yakima (#15).
