Four arrested after attempting to flee traffic stop while carrying drugs in Lincoln, NSP says
The driver, Brittany Hart, 31, of Lincoln, was arrested on suspicion of flight to avoid arrest, resisting arrest second offense, outstanding warrants, and possession of methamphetamine.
