Bystanders and lifeguards jumped into action to save a group of 10 people after a boat crashed near Avalon, New Jersey.

Cast Water Safety, a Chicago-based organization, is teaching children how to save themselves in the water through self-rescue swim lessons, which start as early as six months old.
