Catalina’s on Orange is opening Monday in downtown Lancaster with a 70-seat pizza shop and a 125-seat lounge that will offer a mix of Italian, American and Spanish dishes.

A downtown Lancaster restaurant and pizza shop is being revived by new owners who plan to open later this month. By the end of April, Catalina’s on Orange is expected to open at 40 W. Orange St.
